Dominic Grew, Founder and Owner of Elevate Business Coaching, is an expert in driving personal and business growth. He works with business owners and leaders to drive positive change - first in themselves, and then in their businesses and careers.

He grew up in Belfast, Northern Ireland during the tumultuous times known as "The Troubles". One of nine children, he learned a high-level of independence and credits the Boy Scouts as the organization that taught him what it meant to be a leader.
